We are looking for candidates speaking French, English and Spanish (desirable) interested in Fashion, to work for a worldwide leading Fashion Brand.
– Reply emails from customers.
– Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding the product
– Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
– Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
-Full-time (39 hours/week) and temporary contract until the end of January approx.
-Schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 17.00 to 01.00
-Salary: 16500Euros gross/year+ up to 1440 Euros gross/year in bonus
