As the Technical Support your responsibilities will be:

-First Level technical support of the client products (printer, scanner, digital camera, data- and video-projectors) for consumers and business customers
-Presales support and handling of enquiries from sales platform
-Reseller support
-Up-selling of consumables, extended warranties and accessories, both from converting inbound calls into a sale and through follow-up calls of a selected customer base
-Sales of extended warranties and repair services

Conditions:

-Full-time (39hrs/week) and Obra y Servicio contract
-Schedule: Monday – Friday from 09.00h to 18.00h
-Salary: 16452,47Euros gross/year + up to 1680Euros gross/year in bonus

Requirements

-Dutch native speaker with fluent English
-Profound knowledge of Windows OS and other operating systems
-Good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and/or other relevant applicants
-Profound knowledge of hardware components
-Very good understanding of technical issues
-Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone or E-mail
-Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation
-Experience in troubleshooting guidelines
-Strong sales focus
